Renaissance Ribbons reserves the right to limit sales and refuse orders. 

Renaissance products are considered “quilt shop quality”, and shall not be sold on bulk-outlets such as Amazon, etc. Warnings will be issued for violations of this policy, and repeated issues are grounds for account cancellation. 

All ribbons are woven of polyester thread and are pre-shrunk. We recommend ironing them with a lower temperature than you would for cotton or linen, and also iron from the wrong side of the fabric, using a pressing cloth to protect from heat. Basting tape is an excellent replacement for pins that may damage the ribbon when applying to fabric. 

• All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective 
• Ribbon and webbing cannot be returned for any reason. 
• Spools that have been cut cannot be returned; we suggest you fully inspect the ribbons/webbings upon receipt before cutting. 
• Claims must be made in writing to Renaissance Ribbons within 10 days of the courier’s drop-off date. Failure to inspect and notify within this period will result in buyer waiving all claims for damages and/or shortages.
• If cartons appear damaged when delivered, please take photos of the boxes before opening them. Email us immediately if the goods are also damaged so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
