Many years ago I began a love affair with French Ribbons... Jacquard, Brocade, Damask, Satin, Velvet, Taffeta, ... those gorgeous French Ribbons, even the names have a poetry, evocative of a way of life, of chateaux, tapestries, gardens, old roses... 

That way of life was changing and I founded Renaissance Ribbons to meet an appreciative and growing demand for the quality and beauty of traditional woven ribbons. We grew year by year, one spool of beautiful ribbon after another, combining the Old World tradition of ribbon weaving and quality with the creativity and affordable fashion-forward design required today.    

 

More than 33 years later we have grown into a company that designs, creates and supplies ribbons to thousands of wholesale customers worldwide. From our base in the lovely rolling foothills of Northern California we invite you, ribbon lovers and customers, to share in our passion.
